เวลา 08:00 น. อาบน้ำแต่งตัว ทานอาหารเสร็จก็ออกจากโรงแรมไปยังจุดนัดพบกรุ๊ปทัวร์ในเมือง

 Carrickfergus Castle 

It is a Norman castle in Northern Ireland, situated in the town of Carrickfergus in County Antrim.

Carrickfergus was built by John de Courcy in 1177.

The castle played an important military role until 1928.

It is thought salmon fishermen have been building bridges to the island for over 350 years. 

The bridge links the mainland to the tiny island of Carrickarede

It spans 20 metres and is 30 metres above the rocks below.

 The game of thrones filming location and 300 year old THE DARK HEDGES was hit hard

 by storm Gertrude with high winds ripping up 2 of the trees in January 2016.

เดือนมกราคม 2016 สถานที่ถ่ายทำซีรีส์ Game of Thrones และป่าดาร์กเฮดจ์สที่มีอายุหลายร้อยปี 

ถูกพายุเกอร์ทรูดพัดถล่มอย่างหนักทำให้ต้นไม้ล้มลง 2 ต้น 

ทีมนักออกแบบจึงได้ดัดแปลงต้นไม้เหล่านั้นให้กลายเป็นประตูทั้ง 10 บานของ Game of Thrones

The former entrance to the estate is now a public road lined with beech trees

Over 150 beech trees were planted along the entrance road to the estate, to create an approach.

The beech trees which were planted almost 250 years ago - suffered damage from the storms.

Storm Isha and Storm Eowyn in Jan 2025 brought down several trees at the Dark Hedges.

Originally there was 150 beech trees planted. 

Several of them have been brought down by storms in recent years and just 86 currently remain.

The Dark Hedges, a famed beech tree tunnel spans a length of approximately 800 meters.

As visitor numbers have increased, concern has been expressed over vehicular traffic damaging

 the trees' roots, as well as problems of graffiti and the daubing of sectarian slogans on the trees.

The trees meet overhead, forming a tree tunnel.

 The road is closed to traffic from 2017, allowing for a better pedestrian experience along the avenue.

It was planted around 1775 to create a dramatic entrance to the nearby Gracehill House.
